I purchased two of these sleeping bags, I received one, one never arrived, & the one that did arrive is faulty. I’ve tried emailing the customer services 3 times- which I’ve had no response, I’ve tried filling out their contact form on the website- no response. I’ve found a phone number on the website- no one picked up but I left a message- which hasn't been returned. I also reached out to them on FB & Insta- had automated messaged back & ive not heard back from them since. It’s very disappointing, they aren’t cheap & to have this much trouble getting any response from customer services- is troubling. Shame they have taken £80 off a new mum & don’t seem concerned in fulfilling the order.

While this is a lovely material and heaviness, the zip in the middle is annoying as sometimes the zip cover comes away and it can poke into my baby’s chin. Similarly when he lifts his legs to grab his feet, there is not zip hider for the bottom part of the two way zip so he can chew at it. Prefer the sleeping bags with the over the shoulder poppers
