Yes, it is machine washable. We suggest washing on a delicate cycle with a full load, inside a wash bag. We suggest drying in a tumble dryer on low, to help disperse the quilted filling after washing. You can also purchase the matching waterproof pillow protector (sold separately) to help prolong the life of your pillow, and reduce the need to wash it as often.
